At Odloft, we understand that purchasing antique and vintage furniture is different from buying new. Every piece is carefully prepared and handled with the attention it deserves, and we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
Whether you're purchasing a small decorative object or a substantial piece of furniture, we'll keep you informed throughout the delivery process and are always happy to answer any questions before or after your purchase.
UK Delivery
Small Items
Smaller items that can be safely boxed and shipped by courier are available for delivery across the UK. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Furniture & Large Items
As we're based on the South Coast of England, delivery prices for larger furniture are calculated automatically at checkout for addresses in England and Wales.
For deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, offshore islands or other remote locations, please request a delivery quote before placing your order. These destinations often require specialist transport, so we'll provide a personalised quotation based on your location and the size of the item.
We work with trusted specialist furniture couriers who handle antiques and vintage furniture with the care they deserve, ensuring every piece arrives safely and securely.
Specialist Furniture Delivery
Many of our larger antiques and vintage furniture pieces are delivered using experienced furniture couriers who specialise in transporting fragile and valuable items.
These deliveries are typically arranged directly with you, allowing a convenient delivery date to be agreed wherever possible.
If your property has restricted access, narrow staircases, limited parking or any other access considerations, please let us know before delivery so we can plan accordingly.
International Delivery
We can arrange delivery to many international destinations.
If you're purchasing from outside the UK, please request a delivery quote before placing your order. We'll provide a personalised shipping quotation, discuss the most suitable delivery options, and advise you of the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local charges that may be payable in their destination country.
Collection from Our Showroom
You're welcome to collect your purchase from our showroom located within Rye House Antiques, Rye, East Sussex.
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection date and time.
If someone will be collecting on your behalf, please let us know in advance so we can safely release your purchase.
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, we recommend inspecting it as soon as possible.
If you believe your item has been damaged during transit or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Including photographs of the item and its packaging will help us resolve the matter quickly.
