Join Odloft for a relaxed, festive wreath-making workshop in the heart of Rye and create something beautiful for your front door this Christmas.

Guided by a professional florist, you’ll spend approximately 2–3 hours crafting your own Christmas wreath, with all materials provided and your finished creation yours to take home. No previous experience is needed—just come along and enjoy getting creative.

Enjoy mulled wine, tea, coffee, mince pies and chocolates while you create. Come with friends or take a little creative time for yourself.

Your booking includes:

• Florist-led guidance throughout the workshop.

• All materials to create your Christmas wreath to take home.

• Festive refreshments - mulled wine, tea, coffee, mince pies and chocolates.

£55 per person — choose how you pay

• Deposit option — pay £35 per person now: Reserve your place with a £35 deposit. The remaining £20 per person is payable before or on the day of your workshop.

• Full-payment option — pay £55 per person now: Pay in full when booking, with no remaining balance.

Both payment options include the same workshop, materials and refreshments. The price displayed reflects the option you select. All bookings are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy below.

Christmas Wreath Workshop — Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment

The workshop costs £55 per person. You may pay in full when booking or pay a £35 booking deposit, with the remaining £20 payable before or on the day.

If you need to cancel

Please contact Odloft as soon as possible using our website contact form, quoting your booking reference and workshop date.

We may retain an amount to cover reasonable costs and losses arising from your cancellation, up to a maximum of £35 per person. This may include florist and materials costs that we cannot recover. We will take account of any costs saved and any income received from reselling your place, and explain any deduction.

Any payment above the applicable cancellation charge will be refunded. The same cancellation terms apply whether you paid a deposit or paid in full.

Sending someone in your place

You may transfer your booking to another adult at no additional charge. Please let us know their name before the workshop. Any outstanding balance will still need to be paid.

Changing your workshop date

Please contact us if you would like to move to another session. Changes depend on availability and whether arrangements already made with the florist can be transferred. We cannot guarantee a change of date.

If you do not attend

If you miss your session without cancelling, the cancellation terms above will apply. Under this policy, any amount retained will be limited to our reasonable losses, capped at £35 per person.

If Odloft cancels or changes the event

Each workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants. If we need to cancel, including because minimum numbers are not reached, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund all payments made for the affected workshop, including your deposit.

If we need to change the date or time, you may choose to accept the change or receive a full refund. A transfer or credit will only be provided if you choose it.

Refunds

Any refund due will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of confirming the refund amount. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
